Foxi is a sparkling white wine from our Trebbiano Romagnolo grapes.
Harvested when the acidity is still high to leave intact the freshness of the wine, Foxi amazes for the fullness of the body and the richness of perfumes, including apple and banana. Dry, on the palate strong hints of dried fruit.
Finally dedicated to a female figure, we have commissioned the creation of the label to the talented painter / illustrator Alessandro Sanna, who has been able to translate the charismatic soul of our wine into a painting.

Apparentemente semplice, sa stupire per la sua determinazione, con una vena di ammiccante amabilità che lo rende assolutamente piacevole!

Incanta davvero questo vino, quando dal calice ci dice che per bere bene non bisogna necessariamente andare in Piemonte o in Toscana

Features
Analisys
In the glass it is crystalline and less intense straw yellow colour. Rich floral and mineral aromas, apple and dried fruit precede a fresh, savory and persistent taste.
Best Enjoyed
It goes well with fresh and boiled vegetables, fresh and slightly seasoned cheeses, fish appetizers, mixed fried, omelettes.
Serving Temperature
We recommend to open the bottle when its temp is between 10/12 °C (50 °F)
