Lambrusco Mantovano Rosè

Cocai is our first Spumante of Lambrusco grapes, obtained by the soft-pressing of the particular Lambrusco Marani vine variety.

Soft pressing allow to extract only the best perfumes, those finer, and all the most interesting peculiarity of the Lambrusco Marani. And because Marani its a red grape, we need to immediately separate the juice from grape's skin to extract less color, and keep it rosè.

"Cocai", in our dialect, it's also the cork.
