Giano "Black Label" was been our first Lambrusco, our first "fatigue" and satisfaction.
This Dry Lambrusco, from Salamino grapes, has a beautiful brilliant ruby red with some purple reflections.
Intense and fine Aromas of macerate red fruits, black cherry in particular and even spicy.
While Tasting you'll note a good structure, not so frequent in other Lambruscos, in perfect balance with the usual freshness, which makes it "easy" to drink and of sure contentment.

Features
Analisys
A beautiful, limpid, bright ruby red with a violet and persistent foam. A bouquet that swirls from red flowers to ripe red fruits, especially black cherry, almost spicy, anticipates polite tannins and typical vinosity.
Best Enjoyed
Giano, for us, is the traditional Lambrusco, so a good Salami (mantuan) with garlic is the best for enjoy it. All pork cold cuts combine nicely as well, BBQ etc. But why not a soup or a seasoned cheese or our fantastic local pie called "Sbrisolona".. Risotto with sausage "alla Pilota" is obviously a must.
Serving Temperature
We recommend to open the bottle when its temp is between 13/15 °C (55/60 °F) and wait a minute or two before serving.
