Incantabiss is a Lambrusco made with Ruberti grape vine grown with the Guyot system, a typical french pruning methodology used in the more important wine regions. We choose it because, for making a good wine we need to produce less grapes, and the most secure method is Guyot. From a single or doubled cane we harvest about 15 to 20 bunch of grapes per plant (80q / ha) and we can ensure a top quality wine.
Ruberti, is a local variety of Lambrusco and, among other varieties of Lambrusco, one of the most appreciated for its softness and its typical cherry fragrance.

In the glass it has a beautiful ruby red with purple reflection, the slight sizzle support the lively e non-evanescent foam. Carried to the nose, mineral aromas and slightly macerated red fruit, especially strawberry, are prominent, that became intense and fine in mouth, sweet but never ordinary.
Great with Salami and other cold cuts, Chicken, BBQ, fat fish or grilled fish, risotti and "not so seasoned" cheeses.
We recommend to open the bottle when its temp is between 13/15 °C (55/60 °F) and wait a minute or two before serving.
